Our mission was to reflect that evolution digitally, creating a website that not only guides users, but also preserves the building’s legacy and celebrates its near net-zero retrofit.

We selected Wix Studio over WordPress or traditional platforms to put power in the client’s hands. With an easy-to-use interface and creative flexibility, it allows Fractal’s team to maintain the site without needing developers for every update.
The design was crafted to echo the past, present, and future of 945 Princess — blending industrial textures with modern, clean visuals. A custom interactive map helps tenants and visitors easily navigate the space, while content areas highlight key sustainability upgrades, like energy systems and passive design features.
We also introduced a heritage-focused section to chronicle the site’s industrial roots, ensuring the website becomes a living archive as well as a functional tool.
